Don't lose new patients to voicemail.
An AI front desk that answers your office's calls when your team is busy or closed. It books new-patient requests, answers basic insurance questions, and emails you a summary of every call.

Hear it first (about 2 minutes)
This is a demo call to a fictional practice, "Maple Dental". It was recorded in a noisy room on purpose to show how it handles real-world conditions, and edited slightly for clarity.
What lands in your inbox
An example summary email from a demo call. The practice and caller are fictional.
- Caller
- Sarah M., new patient
- Phone
- (555) 010-0142
- Reason
- Cleaning and check-up, first visit
- Insurance
- Delta Dental PPO (asked if you are in-network; flagged for your team)
- Preferred time
- Weekday mornings, next two weeks
- Next step
- Please call back and confirm an appointment.
Serious calls are flagged in the subject line, for example URGENT severe pain and swelling, so your team sees them first.
What it does
- Answers every call after hours, at lunch, and when the phones are busy.
- Takes new-patient appointment requests and collects name, phone number, and preferred time.
- Answers basic insurance questions and passes the rest to your team.
- Handles urgent calls with care. If a caller describes a possible emergency, it advises calling 911 and flags the call as URGENT in your email.
- Emails you a summary of every call, so nothing depends on checking voicemail.
How it works
- You forward your office line (after hours, or when busy) to a dedicated number.
- The AI answers, helps the caller, and takes a message or a request.
- You get an email within minutes. Your team follows up and confirms the appointment.
It does not change your phone system or your scheduling software. Your team stays in control of the final confirmation.
30-day pilot
I'm working with a small number of offices in the Dallas area. Pricing is shared by email.
Patient privacy
Calls are recorded and transcribed so your team can review them, and callers are told this at the start of the call. If your office needs a Business Associate Agreement or has questions about how call data is stored, just ask and I'll walk you through it before anything starts.
